Trading resources on Travian?

I just started playing Travian, so I haven’t built a Marketplace yet. I’m planning out what I want to do immediately, versus what can wait to be done later, so my question is this:

Do resources trade one for one?

For example, if I have a surplus of wheat, and I want to use the Marketplace to trade that wheat with another player, how much ore will that get me? Does 300 wheat always equal 300 ore, or 300 wood?

I don’t want to find myself with a surplus of wheat, then discover I have to spend 300 wheat just to buy 50 ore. Is there a standard cost for everything, or does it all trade equally?

There are two ways you can trade resources in Travian:

1) You can trade them in the marketplace with other players. The offers depend entirely on the generosity of other players as well as the stage of the game you are in. In the beginning crop is plentiful and clay is scarce. By end game however crop is in high demand and some players will give you as much as 2:1 iron/wood/clay for crop.

2) You can use the NPC calculator in your marketplace. Although it costs you 3 gold to use, you’ll be trading on a 1:1 basis with the "computer", which means you can do these trades at any time.

As for what you’re planning on building at the outset, I’d recommend reading a guide to help you along, especially if you’re getting somewhat addicted to the game. Probably the two best ones out there are:

Not the kinds like Poker, Scrabble, or Chess. Ones similar to Ragnarok, Runescape, Travian, Gunbound, etc. But they must be free with no monthly charge.

Still? Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and and open HOST using notepad. Remove all entries except the loopback 127.0.0.1. Problem solved. It should read something like this:

I am having this problem. My brower has Adultfriendfinder, Travians(browser game), Finance Finder and a request to log into Facebook pop ups. I exit them all the time but they pop back up when i go to a different page. Sometimes 3 at a time. I assumed that it was probably adware, so i ran my various adware removers and malwarebytes. It found some stuff and i removed them but what ever it found wasn’t causing the pop ups. It is still popping up constantly whenever I am on the internet 5,6 at a time pop up.. How can I remove them for good?? Please help me!
